How do I cancel my recurring membership?

If you cancel, you will have access to the site until your current membership term expires. Memberships are Nonrefundable.

How do I cancel my non-recurring membership?

Your Non-Recurring Membership will cancel automatically and your credit card or bank account will NOT be recharged. After your current membership term expires your access codes will no longer work and you must sign up again to rejoin.

What will show up on my credit card statement when I purchase a membership?

Can I Share my password?

No. Each member has a unique user name and password to access toyslove.com. Access by different or multiple IP's at the same time under your user name and password will terminate your membership. We don't tolerate abuse in any way.

We actively monitor and record ALL IP activity to make sure members, and only members, are getting the exclusive access they are paying for.

What will I find in the members area?

You will find our beautiful girls coupled with their favorite power toys! Thousands of high-resolution images and frame grabs, full download access to the ToysLove.com video collection, behind the scenes photo sets, and video interviews. We encourage member input; ToysLove.com is a dynamic site and we value our member's ideas, comments, and suggestions. Click here to add your input

Do you update regularly?

Yes, we update once a week + run seasonal specials and bonuses.

Are the photo and video sets downloadable?

Yes. We provide downloadable zipped files for every photo and video set in our member's area. This allows you to easily download sets for your own private collection. Of course, you can also select individual files or a comfination thereof to build a custom zip file. This feature allows you to select only the files that you want to download.

The site has very high quality video. What format was the video shot in?

We shoot all our video in 24P. This means that the videos have a "cinematic" quality about them. It is similar to what you would see when watching a feature film at the movie theatre.

What media format can I view the videos in?

We currently use Windows Media (.wmv), Quicktime (.mov), and Real (.rm) video formats. These formats allows for the highest quality videos available.

Is there a minimum system requirement to view the videos?

It is recommended you have a 400mhz system or higher.

Is there a daily download limit?

Yes, you may download up 1 gig of content every 24 hours.

I have AOL and getting poor graphics quality, how do I fix this?

For AOL users, first click "Settings" on the toolbar. Click on "Preferences" and under the organization column, click "Internet Properties (WWW)." Choose the tab for "Web Graphics" and click on "Never Compress Graphics" and finally click on "OK."

What color quality should have I my computer set on for best results?

24 or 32 bits, anything lower and the photos will not look as nice. To change your display settings: Control Panel / Display / Settings / choose 24 or 32 bits.

What monitor resolution do you recommend?

Optimum viewing resolution is 1024 x 768 or greater. Every monitor has a native resolution it was designed to be used at, and generally it's the highest numbered setting. To check, right click the desktop > properties > settings > screen resolution (slider to the right).
